These terms apply when you order from Bargain Basket, 2650 Cameron Park Dr, Suite 140, Cameron Park, CA.

Packaging

This is the heart of what we do, so please read it. Much of what we sell has cosmetic damage to its packaging – dents, tears, scuffs, crushed corners. That is why it costs less. Every seal is intact and everything we sell is safe to eat. Photographs on this site show the product, not the condition of the particular box or tin you will receive.

You confirm you understand this when you check out.

Pickup only

We do not ship or deliver. Every order is collected in person at our store.

Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Sundays do not count, as we are closed. We will email you when your order is ready. Please collect within 24 hours of that email.

If an order is not collected we will try to contact you once. If we cannot reach you, the order is refunded in full and the items go back on the shelf.

Stock and prices

What we carry changes constantly and quantities are often small. Placing an order is an offer to buy; the sale is complete when we hand your order over.

If something sells out before we pack it, we will text you and then call to ask what you would like to do. If we cannot reach you, we will refund that item.

We try to keep prices and descriptions right. If there is an obvious error we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honour it.

Payment

Orders are paid for online when you place them. We do not take payment at the counter.

Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done through your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
