Refund Policy

Thank you for making a purchase with Bargain Basket.

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back with a justifiable reason. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days from the date on your order form.

After 14 days you are no longer eligible to receive a refund or exchange based on the structure of our business model.

Uncollected orders

Orders must be collected within 24 hours of the email telling you they are ready, not counting Sundays, when we are closed. If an order is not collected we will attempt to contact you once. If we cannot reach you, the order is refunded in full and the items go back on the shelf.

Food items

We do accept returns on food items for legitimate reasons.
